That has been my original idea intriguing and bringing me into the recycling industry, and so I have established environment business in Japan.

We share any problems in order to create new ideas and better solutions for both of our clients and partners, and constantly keeps creating a new values for them, thus contributing to develop society more sustainable.
In the way we have kept reviewing and reinforcing our fundamental sorting and organizing ways regularly and sharing our joys and purpose of lives in our professional works, so we can keep refining ourselves up, as even private persons, through our best effort to satisfy clients, that is what I believe.

What is a happiness ? When you get lots of money? When you buy clothes you want? When you buy the latest electronics? Surely these might be one of a happiness.
However, material wealth is tempoerarily. When you get those , you feel a happiness a little but you might get used to soon. The happiness we're thinking is the true happiness from your hart and constantly happiness.
・Should give something more than get something.
・ Feel pleased and happy.
・You should be relied and needed by everyone around you. Be able to contribute to a person.
・Be in the environment where you can be relied by everyone around you. Spending a time with somebody who you can feel comfortable.
・If your work are not satisfied , it's not true happiness. Don't think like only private is good at least. If you think like that, true happiness won't come to you. Work and private is connected.
Growth makes your limit more expand and you get recognition from others.
The growth is that makes an action with knowledge you got, technology and experience.
Overall you would get a confidence and trust from your action.
If you grow up by these thing , your inspiration will be expanded when you look at something. Therefore, you can insist to increase your reward.
・Be able to do what you learned. Not just understand.
・If you constantly keep doing your work which you feel such a pain with neck every day, you might feel comfortable with your work sometime.
・Influencing to everyone around you, not only yourself.
For example, your team members will be able to lots of works, not only you.
・Get confidence and trust when you can contribute to your company without avoiding difficult things. Make you feel pressured and put a burden on yourself.
